EHI Export

Nortec EHR v10.0 has the functionality to allow the authorized user to export Electronic Health Information (EHI) in machine readable Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) file format. This file can be generated for individual patient and/or for a population of patients. The customer has the ability to export patient’s demographics, clinical and billing data such as insurances, encounters, problems, allergies, mediations, immunization, vital, labs, procedure etc.

Please refer to C-CDA reference guide for the data elements which can be included into the file created for export purposes.
