This Health IT Module is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The ONC Health IT Certification Program Conditions and Maintenance of Certification requirements mandate the real-world testing of specific elements of health IT. In November of each year, Nortec EHR must submit a testing plan for the following calendar year to its ONC-Authorized Certification Body. Upon approval, the plan is used to guide the evaluation of real-world usage of specified interoperability criteria during the following calendar year. Current test plans are posted below.
